AIPAGIA Sponsor Levels

• Platinum recognition at the top and in the body of the AIPAGIA Newsletter prior to the meeting.
• Platinum recognition with link to your company web site on the AIPAGIA web site for one year.
• Recognized Platinum Sponsor at the Welcome Reception and lunch on the following day.
• One and one-half (1½) hours of meeting time devoted exclusively to your presentation.
• Your presentation sent to non-attending members and posted on AIPAGIA’s website for one year.
• Attendance of up to three (3) company representatives at the Welcome Reception, the next day breakfast and lunch, your presentation, and after session APAGIA sponsored member activities.
• 15% discount on all future Platinum or Gold Sponsorships (5 year eligibility). 
• Full membership list with contact information.
• Availability opens Oct. 15th for the following year’s Fall meeting.
• One FREE newsletter announcement per year for two years following your presentation (e.g., new product, new CEO, new acquisitions, etc.

• Gold recognition within the body of the AIPAGIA Newsletter prior to the meeting.
• Gold recognition with link to your company web site on the AIPAGIA web site for six months.
• Recognized Gold Sponsor at the Welcome Reception. 
• One (1) hour of meeting time devoted exclusively for your presentation.
• Your presentation posted on AIPAGIA website for six months.
• Attendance of up to two (2) company representatives at the Welcome Reception, the next day breakfast and lunch, your presentation and after session AIPAGIA sponsored member activities.
• 10% discount on all future Platinum or Gold or Sponsorships (3 year eligibility). 
• Availability opens May 15th for the following year’s Fall meeting.
• One FREE newsletter announcement within one year of your presentation (e.g., new product, new CEO, acquisitions, etc.).

How AIPAGIA Sponsorships Work

• There is a maximum of 6 presentation hours at fall meetings.
• A maximum of four (4) Platinum Sponsorships open January 15th each year (approx. 9 months prior to the meeting date, which varies).
• If there are four Platinum Sponsors prior to the opening of Gold Sponsorships, no Gold sponsorships will remain available.
• A maximum of six (6) Gold Sponsorships open May 15th of each year (approx. 4 month prior to the meeting date, which varies).
• We reserve all sponsorships on a first come first served basis, and there is no guarantee that there will be Gold Sponsorship space available if the slots are filled with higher level sponsors.
• Platinum and Gold Sponsorships require a 33% initial deposit ($2,500 & $1,650 respectively). Receipt of the non-refundable deposit by AIPAGIA locks in the sponsorship position. No sponsorship is reserved or locked until a deposit is received. Full payment is due two months prior to the meeting.
