The American Institute of Professional Association Group Administrators (AIPAGIA) is an invitation only membership organization consisting of agencies, brokers and third party administrators (TPAs) that serve affinity markets such as bar, dental, medical, CPA and alumni associations as well as financial institutions, employers and other groups. There are currently 30-member companies in AIPAGIA that represent state, regional and national groups with members located throughout the USA. AIPAGIA members serve groups that range from 2,000 to over four million members. There are AIPAGIA members who market to over 750 endorsed affinity groups and have database prospects of over 30 million individuals.

The purpose of AIPAGIA is to establish and maintain a forum to promote the open and free exchange of ideas among a hand-select membership composed of association group insurance administrators, managing general agencies, TPA’s, and marketers.

AIPAGIA has two conferences per year, and only members and limited sponsors are invited to attend. This is not the same type of setting as many conferences where you exhibit or network as a sponsor, participant or member. It is a very personal and intentional setting where as a sponsor, you can present your products, services or ideas in front of a captive audience of top agency executives. AIPAGIA members who attend the conferences are the agency owners, principals, decision-makers or influencers in their respective agencies. At our last pre-pandemic conference in April 2019, sponsors had exclusive access to 23 separate AIPAGIA members in attendance.

AIPAGIA members are looking for presentations that showcase products and ideas that will attract new groups, enhance existing programs they manage, and they are looking to see presentations from potential partners that will help them be better owners, managers, administrators and marketers.

Sponsors at past conferences have said they find value in sponsoring because they have uninterrupted access to key people in one setting instead of trying to connect with each one separately. Some recent sponsors include AIG, Armada Health, Assist America, Careington, Crum & Forster, eHealth, FARM, Life Insurance Central, Med Pro, Milliman, Met Life, New York Life, Prudential and Zeis Group. We hope you will consider a sponsorship at our upcoming fall AIPAGIA Business Meeting in Broomfield, CO September 8th-10th, 2021.

Kickstart your business this fall with a presentation to industry leaders in the affinity space.

AIPAGIA (American Institute of Professional Association Group Insurance Administrators) is looking for companies that have products/services that serve the Affinity Group marketplace, to make a 60 or 90 minute presentation to 20+ agencies/TPA’s at our upcoming Fall Meeting in Broomfield, CO (between Denver and Boulder) September 8-10, 2021.

If your company is interested in getting the word out, to the owners and principals of some of the top Affinity marketers in America, that you are “open for business” and have a great product/service, check out the attached material that describes the opportunity in more detail and provides a partial list of recent presenters.

If you have questions, please feel free to call or e-mail me, Jeff Smith (AIPAGIA President), or Jennifer Toal (AIPAGIA Board Member) at your convenience, at the numbers shown in the attachments.

Together we can help get America BACK TO NORMAL as soon as possible.
